I think this has something to do with the duality and/or confutations within the western ideal of feminity, as articulated by a two-headed barbie soddered to the hood of a honda civic (or it could just be a car with a massachusetts licence plate bungie chorded-on [please note: said bungie chord also holds former hood shut]).

The license plate serves as a label, if you will, for the barbie heads, and the bungie cord is there to help us make this connection.
